How should we approach God? Is there a right and wrong way? Jesus tells a parable about men who approach God with different postures of heart. This is the fifth message in our Moral of the Story series in which we explore the parables of Jesus. The Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector explores why one man leaves justified and another doesn’t, and what we can learn from both men.
This series focuses on the parables of Jesus. Jesus often taught by telling stories that were simple and relatable, yet profound. His parables revealed deep truths about human nature, our waywardness, and the Father's unfailing love. We can't wait to examine why He taught this way, and dive into the parables themselves.
