Over the past few weeks, we have looked at the invitation of Jesus to enjoy his rest. We also have looked at a biblical overview of the sabbath. This week, we take a very practical look at what a regular sabbath rhythm could look like in our lives, and the incredible joy sabbath practice can bring us.
