What does it mean to observe a sabbath rest and why do you think God commanded it? We are in week 3 of our series Sit. Walk. Stand. So far we we have been talking about sitting in the finished work of Christ from a theological perspective. This week we get practical by studying God's command to practice Sabbath. Sabbath is the most practical way we can sit in God's rest and let Him restore us. This message comes with the challenge to begin praying and planning to practice sabbath rest.
