Breakout (Registration is every August/September)
Breakout is a discipleship program for 3rd-6th graders where they are able to go deeper than we do in Son Harbor. The curriculum covers a specific topic each year.
Curriculum
- 1st Year- Knowing Christ
- 2nd Year- Growing in Christ
- 3rd Year- Dare to be a Daniel
Meeting time
Breakout meets 3 weeks on, 1 week off, from September through May on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:30 PM.
Registration
Three things are required for registration:
- A completed registration form.
- The registration fee of $40 (plus $10 for T-Shirt for Year 1) must be paid before you are considered registered. Registration is first come, first served and space is limited.
- A completed small group information sheet for each child.
The number of children we can enroll depends on the number of small group leaders. A small group consists of about 7 students per leader. So if we have 5 leaders, we can take 35 kids, etc.
Becoming a leader
- Take an application packet and fill it out completely. Return it to the church office as soon as possible.
- Someone will call you to talk with you about your desire to serve.
- Training will be provided in August so that we are ready to go in September.
